 Fuji Xerox NZ has a commitment to zero landfill. This means that at least 99.5% of Fuji Xerox New Zealand’s machines, parts, consumables and packaging are being recycled responsibly and does not reach landfill.
We’ll take it back!
We try to make the collection of used toner cartridge waste toner bottles, as well as end of life equipment as easy as possible for our customers. Fuji Xerox has a hundred percent Take Back Program. If you have used Fuji Xerox print cartridges or have "end of life" equipment we will be pleased to take it back and process it through our Zero landfill recycling system.
Customer Care Toner Recycling Boxes
Our used toner cartridge collection boxes are designed to hold multiple cartridges. This is our most environmentally friendly form of collection. By using fewer resources to collect multiple cartridges than collecting single units, it helps keep our carbon footprint low. The box can be situated beside the machine or at other convenient locations around the office. These boxes are freely available on request and will be cleared by our collection service drivers or courier services.
To arrange collection of your Toner Recycling Box, please follow the simple steps below:
· Re-pack your used cartridge into the original packaging and place it in the collection box.
· When the box is full, please tape down the lid with office tape.
· To arrange YOUR FREE OF CHARGE collection, please phone us on 0800 4 XEROX (0800 493 769). To assist our drivers, please ensure that the box is left in an easy accessible entry point.
· Remember: Request a replacement collection box – free of charge!
Please note: Boxes should be collected between 2 to 3 business days after customer’s request have been made. It may take up to 5 business days in rural areas.
