SINGAPORE, March 26, 2013 – Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Pte Ltd today announced it had received in March, the prestigious Service Capability & Performance certification (SCP), for both Support and eService Standards. SCP is a mark of service excellence and defines international best practise by quantifying the effectiveness of an organisation’s technical and online support. The certification was achieved after an extensive audit of Fuji Xerox’s Technical Support Centres in Sydney and Seoul. The audit also covered the Printer Support Centre in Kuala Lumpur and the Online Support Centre in Sydney.

The Next Generation Leaders Programme is designed to celebrate leadership in schools and demonstrate our commitment to youth development in New Zealand. This programme has been designed for high potential secondary school students who have leadership skills that will see them become future leaders of New Zealand.

TOKYO, January 30, 2013—Fuji Xerox’s office-use digital color multifunction devices have won the Chairman’s Prize, The Energy Conservation Center, Japan, in the 2012 Grand Prize for Excellence in Energy Efficiency and Conservation (Product Category & Business Model Category). A total of 35 products won the prize from four models of the ApeosPort-IV series*1 and four models from the DocuCentre-IV series*2. Fuji Xerox has been awarded the most number of times in its industry; 12 times in total. The Grand Prize for Excellence in Energy Efficiency and Conservation is sponsored by The Energy Conservation Center, Japan and supported by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI). Industry first to win the prize 12 times.

SINGAPORE, February 18, 2013—In recognition of their energy efficient performance, two models from Fuji Xerox’s range of digital colour multifunction devices (MFDs) have won the “Outstanding Achievement in Energy Efficiency” award in the Buyers Laboratory (BLI) Winter 2013 Pick Awards. The Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-IV C3375 and DocuCentre-IV C2265 were accorded the honours after four months of testing by BLI, the leading international authority in the imaging industry and independent testing body of document imaging products.
