Fuji Xerox New Zealand and New Zealand Office Supplies (NZOS) are delighted to announce that they have entered an agreement to deepen their existing strategic partnership. The change to the partnership will offer Fuji Xerox customers improved access to a wider range of high quality products.
The partnership sees NZOS gain exclusive rights for the sale of Fuji Xerox branded papers including wide format and speciality papers.
For customers, this means they will have access to the best local office supplies offering in the New Zealand market coupled with excellent service levels. It will strengthen the range of office products available and will provide them with a fresh ecommerce experience.

The focus for the next three months will be on integrating the two supplies businesses into NZOS and ensuring a seamless transition for all existing supplies customers. Over the coming weeks customers will transition from Fuji Xerox to NZOS. We will communicate the details of what this means, including any system or process changes that might be required, in due course.
The existing account management team will work with customers during the transition period and will continue to service their needs under NZOS. The only change they will see in the short term is an invoice from NZOS from 23 July rather than Fuji Xerox.
For now, it remains business as usual with all existing trading terms remaining unchanged. Customers should continue to place orders and enquiries through their usual channels. If customers have any questions or require additional information, they should contact their local account manager.
